Everman is located south of I-20 just 12 miles south of downtown Fort Worth. The city is just 20 minutes away from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and has quick access to Interstate 35 and Interstate 20. When the airport began operating, the economy improved. The Metroplex which exudes urban living and a robust employment rate is a short drive away from the city. With such a broad based economy within and nearby, the housing industry has experienced success in Everman over the years.
