The following DFW investment and flip houses are automatically pulled from the NTREIS MLS system based generally on the following algorithm:
List price per square foot must be at least 50% below the average per square foot price as compared to other homes for sale in the same subdivision provided that there are at least 5 homes for sale in that subdivision. They are listed in descending order based upon the spread between the list price and average list price in the subdivision.
