Justin lies between the intersection of Farm Road 407 and 156. Incorporated in 1947, Justin was initially a home to French colonists in 1848 but it was later abandoned. The growth of the town began in 1883 when a grocery store was opened which attracted farmers in the area. When Sante Fe extended their rail line near Justin, development began to grow earnestly. Grocery stores, retail stores and hotels began to emerge in town to fill the demand that new residents were creating.
Today, Justin is on its way to success as its officials work together with its residents to achieve a first class city. The city has established parks and recreational areas to beautify various locations throughout the town.
